
Hadees currently serves as an Associate at the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP), an IMI-recognised institution promoting mediation, arbitration, conciliation and online dispute resolution. His work there spans case research, exhibit review, and managing ICADRP's ODR system, alongside building and running FDI Pakistan's national rounds and website.
Before that, he worked as a research intern in the Office of the Attorney General for Pakistan, conducting in-depth research on constitutional, administrative and civil law matters, drafting case briefs and pleadings, and assisting in the preparation of oral arguments for cases before Pakistan's superior courts.
Hadees has built one of the most active moot court records at Bahria University, competing as a researcher and speaker in competitions from the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition to the Bangladesh International Arbitration Moot, winning Best Researcher and Best Memorial honours along the way. He has since moved into coaching and adjudicating, having coached teams to wins and runner-up finishes across more than a dozen national competitions, and currently leads Gavel, Pakistan's first student-run law journal, as Managing Director.
